I am an Associate Professor in the School of Psychology, at the University of Lincoln. My research focuses on the environmental and social factors affecting cooperation, altruism, and aggression in humans and in non-human primates. I graduated in Italy and then moved to UK (Stirling and Liverpool) for my post-graduate studies.
I have done field work in Japan, South Africa, Morocco and Indonesia with different species. My current research focuses on the evolution of violence, competition between-groups and on the effect of group categorisation on cooperation and competition in children and adults.
For Creative Reactions 2021, researcher Dr Bino Majolo worked with artist Rebecca Jarman.
